Palia: skills, tools and practical plans

Find Palia practical plans with exact selections, Palia’s nine skills and activities. Choose a configuration for your activity.

Life skills, gathering, gardening, ranching and housing projects.

Palia uses life skills rather than combat classes. Each activity develops separately, and its tools, ingredients and guild recipes connect to other projects. Ranching belongs to the current roster alongside the original eight skills.

Palia’s nine skills

Fishing

Fish and cooking inputs

Use a rod; location, time and bait distinguish catches. Save fish required by a recipe or collection before selling them.

Foraging

Wood and wild ingredients

An axe supplies wood for planks; mushrooms and spices also support cooking. Tool recipes and sawmills turn gathering into construction inputs.

Hunting

Meat and creature materials

A bow and suitable arrows provide hunting materials. Sernuk Hide is a concrete early requirement for a Basic Smelter.

Mining

Ore, bars and building materials

Upgrade the pick to open stronger nodes. Smelting copper, iron and Palium supports later tools, while stone and clay feed brick and ceramic recipes.

Insect Catching

Insects and collection goals

Use a belt and smoke bombs for catching insects. Choose an expedition around the creature’s area and conditions rather than a combat equipment score.

Cooking

Food and Focus

Campfires and kitchen stations produce food. Focus adds skill-experience bonuses; an empty bar does not prevent all experience gains.

Gardening

Renewable crop project

A planted grid supports cooking ingredients and planned surplus; crop adjacency changes maintenance.

Strengths
Repeatable inputs on the housing plot.
Considerations
Initial seeds, watering, weeding and replanting.

Mining + Foraging

Tool and building supply chain

Ore and wood become bars and planks used by the named pick and kitchen plans.

Strengths
Direct progress toward equipment and stations.
Considerations
Node access, processing time and upgraded-tool repairs.

Cooking

Focus preparation

A soup turns a vegetable, spice and mushroom into a prepared meal.

Strengths
Connects garden and gathering with the XP bonus.
Considerations
Recipe access, stations and timed actions.
