Import the complete reference talent string before practising the priority. The equipment list is a named target configuration assembled from current Frostfire equipment identities; it is not a command to replace a higher-level item blindly. Four Primal Leywarden armour pieces activate the set while the listed legs provide a fifth eligible piece. This page uses manual casting, without requiring an addon or an external executable.

- Primary damage actions
- Flurry; Glacial Spike; Frozen Orb; Ice Lance; Ray of Frost; Comet Storm; Frostfire Bolt; Blizzard
Track procs and available charges rather than repeating one fixed macro.
- Survival and interruption
- Ice Barrier; Ice Block; Greater Invisibility; Counterspell; Blink
Put these on reachable keys before entering a timed dungeon.
How to use this setup
- Before a pull, apply Arcane Intellect and use Ice Barrier when a hit is expected. Keep Counterspell available for an assigned interrupt.
- On a pack, use Ray of Frost and its Comet Storm follow-up, then Frozen Orb. Use the transformed Glacial Spike button when ready.
- Use available Flurry and maintain Blizzard on a useful pack. Spend Fingers of Frost or a sufficiently built Freezing window with Ice Lance.
- Fill gaps with Frostfire Bolt. Move with instant actions when possible and use a defensive before a predictable hit instead of after losing most health.
Priorities and progression
- Intellect and item level remain the starting equipment filters. Mastery and Critical Strike are useful secondary targets; character-specific comparisons can change their relative value.
- Keep a complete four-piece class set before treating each armour slot as an isolated secondary-stat upgrade.
- The displayed list is a reproducible equipment target, not a measured damage result or a guarantee for every dungeon route.
React to the current Frost mechanics
The useful distinction is between an available powerful action and an empty filler period. Spending a free Ice Lance while moving preserves activity; standing still to force an old expansion’s Winter’s Chill script does not describe this Midnight configuration. Recheck the export after balance changes because a valid import today is a dated selection, not a permanent class definition.
