Tibia: Elite Knight level-100 sword and shield PvE loadout

Tibia: Emerald Sword, Mastermind Shield and eight named equipment choices, with Shield Bash, Shield Slam, knight healing and the current stance system.

The official CipSoft PC service. Choose the world’s region and PvP rules before planning a vocation; private worlds use different progression and protection rules.

OPMetaBuildReviewed 2026-10-17Detailed configuration

This is a one-handed sword and shield setup, not a two-handed damage list with shield spells added illegally. Use Emerald Sword with Mastermind Shield and the defensive pieces below. The shield enables Shield Bash and Shield Slam. Start conservatively with the Protector stance when learning the hunt, and only change the risk profile after checking actual incoming damage.

Zaoan Helmet

A named defensive helmet target, subject to item access.

Magic Plate Armor

A named physical armour foundation.

Zaoan Legs

Selected defensive legs rather than an unspecified rarity.

Boots
Boots of Haste

Foxtail Amulet

Level-100 physical-protection option; acquisition is not free.

Ring
Sword Ring

A sword-skill ring rather than an unrelated weapon bonus.

Learning stance
Protector

Use the stance system, not the removed spell version.

Single-target shield action
Shield Bash

Requires the equipped shield.

Area shield action
Shield Slam

A shield-based area option for adjacent enemies.

Area attack
Fierce Berserk / exori gran

A named knight attack within the actual cooldown cycle.

Directional attack
Front Sweep / exori min

Position the enemy group before using its directed area.

Healing
Wound Cleansing / exura ico

Use the level-appropriate learned heal, not a level-300 spell.

How to use this setup

  1. Select Protector and begin with a small group whose damage you can sustain.
  2. Position enemies for Front Sweep, then cycle available Fierce Berserk and Shield Slam without ignoring shared cooldowns.
  3. Use Shield Bash when the fight is single-target and the cooldown plan permits it.
  4. Use Wound Cleansing and health/mana supplies before the next attack becomes unaffordable.
  5. Reduce the pull size or reset the hunt if the defensive stance cannot keep the route manageable.

Priorities and progression

  • Sword Fighting and shielding both matter to this weapon/shield route.
  • The 2026 knight healing changes use magic level and shielding; do not treat shielding as irrelevant.
  • Compare physical protection with the hunt’s actual damage mix. A high physical-only set does not solve an elemental weakness.

Why the one-handed choice is deliberate

Shield Bash and Shield Slam are not free additions to a two-handed weapon setup. If you swap to a two-handed weapon, remove the assumption that those actions are still available. The one-handed arrangement trades a different weapon profile for shield interaction and the chosen defensive plan.

Treat Bloodrage as a risk choice

Protector and Bloodrage became stances with promotion in the 2026 changes. A damage stance is not automatically the right option for a new spawn or a larger pull. Use the current tooltip and compare real damage taken before adopting an offensive stance because an older guide used its old spell version.

Requirements and scope

Premium promoted Elite Knight level 100+, Sword Fighting route, physical-oriented manageable PvE. No imbuement tier, Wheel of Destiny allocation, guaranteed experience rate or full-box safety claim is assumed.
