The class supplies the first five actions; the player customises the three extra slots. The chosen extras combine Rune Siphon, an unlocked heal and a movement response instead of assuming an old single-Cross-skill hotbar.

- Extra slot 2
- Flash of Light
A separately unlocked Heroic healing skill.
- Extra slot 3
- Quickstep

How to use this setup
- Use Rune Siphon on the selected target when its effect is useful.
- Repeat Fireball through its third-cast finisher during a safe damage opening.
- Switch to Ice Spear sequences to recover mana; this replaces the Fire aspect rather than stacking both aspects indefinitely.
- Use Lightning Storm or a charged Meteor Volley only when you can remain still safely.
- Use Quickstep to leave danger and Flash of Light for a deliberate recovery window.
Priorities and progression
- Attack supports the core spells; inspect level-appropriate item statistics rather than the cosmetic weapon shape.
- The kit must have enough mana for its selected channel; Ice Spear is part of the resource loop.
- No class DPS rank is carried over from before the October 2026 balance changes.
How the selected kit works
Fireball and Ice Spear represent a real choice between the damage aspect and the resource/cast-speed aspect. Alternating without purpose can repeatedly replace the effect you intended to develop. Treat the channels as commitments: moving to avoid a boss mechanic is more valuable than completing an unsafe cast. Flash of Light must be unlocked before this exact extra-skill arrangement can be reproduced.
