Lineage II: Live Sigel Death Knight level-85 Rage Aura sword build

Lineage II: A named Sigel Death Knight kit with Rage Aura, Ignition, Hell Fire, Death Sentence, Fate Rush and the correct sword and heavy-armour masteries.

The first Lineage II build decision is which service you are playing.

OPMetaBuildReviewed 2026-10-17Detailed configuration

Equip a one-handed sword and heavy armour before setting the offensive aura. Rage Aura changes several core actions, so the selected mode belongs to the build rather than being a cosmetic toggle. Start against a manageable target and keep the defensive alternative available for encounters that exceed the offensive arrangement’s protection.

Configuration and exact selections

Offensive toggle
Rage Aura: learned level-85 rank

Choose Rage as the active aura for this damage configuration.

Sword buff
Ignition: rank 1

The selected rank requires a one-handed sword.

Area attack
Hell Fire: rank 2

Use the Rage-mode version while Rage Aura is active.

Ranged area action
Rage Eruption: rank 1

A named level-85 ranged-area option.

Gap closer
Fate Rush: rank 2

Use from its permitted distance, not while already too close.

Pull
Death Sentence: rank 2

Choose the pull deliberately to avoid bringing an unsafe enemy into the group.

Weapon mastery
Superior Sword Mastery: rank 1

The named mastery supports the selected one-handed weapon.

Armour mastery
Superior Heavy Armor Mastery: rank 1

Use heavy pieces that activate the selected mastery.

Class passive
Superior Indomitable Will: rank 1

Retain the learned class passive alongside the active kit.

Defensive alternative
Equilibrium Aura

Switch modes when defence is needed; it is not stacked with Rage Aura.

How to use this setup

  1. Confirm the one-handed sword and heavy armour, then activate Rage Aura before the pull.
  2. Prepare Ignition with its required resources before committing to the target.
  3. Use Death Sentence to pull a suitable enemy, or Fate Rush to approach from its allowed range; choose the positioning you actually need.
  4. Use Hell Fire on the nearby group and Rage Eruption on the selected ranged area while respecting available cooldowns and mana.
  5. If incoming damage is too high, reduce the pull or change to Equilibrium Aura and reassess its altered skills before continuing.

Priorities and progression

  • Physical Attack and physical-skill statistics belong to the selected sword route.
  • STR interacts with the sword/mastery package; keep sufficient HP, Physical Defense and Magic Defense for the chosen hunt.
  • Inspect actual skill ranks, attribute defence and resources before comparing expensive equipment upgrades.

Changing aura changes the combat plan

Rage and Equilibrium are alternative states. A skill with the same name can therefore answer a different problem after switching. Make the switch before a planned pull where possible, and practise the defensive mode on a small group before relying on it during an emergency.

Match the class name to the server

The Live awakened class is Sigel Death Knight. A guide for an Aden Death Knight does not automatically share its progression, equipment or ranks. This page supplies a reproducible historical skill kit; confirm modern skill replacements and acquisition requirements in your current Live client before spending resources.

Requirements and scope

NA Live awakened Sigel Death Knight level 85, documented 2022 learned ranks and one-handed sword / heavy-armour route. Later level-120+ updates, full gear enchantments and other service editions require their own configuration.
