This page now gives a reproducible leveling configuration. Start with the abilities you can unlock, then follow the investment order below. The equipment table is a target to work toward; it is not a requirement to own ten finished items before you can begin.
Skill bar and target ranks
The numbers are the target ranks in the completed leveling setup, not an instruction to max every skill immediately. Familiar is allocated in the tree for its enchantment and modifiers; it does not occupy an extra seventh action-bar slot.
Enchantment slots
Use the available enchantment slots as they unlock. Keep the regular action bar separate from these passive slots when checking your setup.

Equipment for every slot
Use this as a destination, not a shopping requirement. The affixes below describe the configuration’s priorities. If a slot has no socket entry, this page does not impose a socket choice there. Match the in-game item and recipe names before spending crafting materials.

Runes, gems and optional uniques
Rune systems and crafted items depend on what your character has unlocked. Do not delay ordinary equipment upgrades while waiting for a complete set. Diamond and Topaz choices in the equipment table should use the gem tier you can actually access.
- Axial Conduit: an optional pants replacement if found.
- Levin Grasp: an optional glove replacement if found.
- A unique replaces the item in its slot; it does not let you retain the displaced legendary aspect.
Mercenaries and talisman
Treat these as choices for the systems you have unlocked, not a condition for starting the build. For talisman choices, compare resistances, armour, movement speed and bonuses to Shock skills before looking for a rare perfect roll.
A practical combat sequence
- Place Hydra where it can keep working during your attack window.
- Cast Chain Lightning into a reachable group without closing your own escape route.
- Use Unstable Currents for an encounter that warrants a sustained offensive window.
- When mana is unavailable, use Spark instead of standing still waiting.
- Prepare Ice Armor for incoming danger and keep a safe destination for Teleport.
- Against one durable target, favour a stable attack window over constant chasing.
What to fix before changing builds
Mana interruptions
Check whether spending stops every encounter. Compare resource generation and your resource aspect before investing only in damage bonuses.
Repeated deaths
Identify whether positioning, resistances or health is responsible. One more offensive affix will not fix an attack you cannot survive.
Inconsistent damage
Check the main attack’s rank, weapon and actual time spent attacking. Change one cause at a time so you can understand the result.
Leveling scope and transition to endgame
This is a Season 15 leveling configuration. It does not include an endgame Paragon-board path, a tested Pit target or a performance tier. Reaching the end of this investment order is not proof that the same equipment is ready for every endgame activity. Choose the destination activity before committing to a separate endgame setup.
Configuration record
The structured skill and equipment choices were checked against a public Season 15 configuration updated on 20 September 2026. Explanations and the progression interface were written for OPMetaBuild; this is not an in-game benchmark.
